White Rice
You do not need to be afraid of cooking rice again. Rice is so much better for you than instant here is a basic recipe that will help you cooking rice.
Ingredients :
Prepration time - 5min
Cooking time - 15 min
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon butter
Recipe:
- Soak rice in water for 30 minutes.
- Boil water and add salt and pour water ( for every cup of rice, use 1/3 cups of water) into a large sauce pan with a tight fitting lid.
- Pour in rice. Add it to the boiling water add 1 teaspoon ghee in it.
- Cook it for 10-15 minutes and cover it.
- Now your white rice is ready you can eat this with dales and vegetables.
