Ginger tea is a very common indian beverage made from tea leaves and fresh ginger. Ir is also called as adrak wali chai or adrak chai in India. Ginger also has a lots of health beneifits.
Ginger tea recipe :
Ingredients - Measuring cup used 1 cup =250 ml
Prepration Time : 5 min
Cook Time :10 min
Serving : 2 members
- 1 cup water
- 2-3 teaspoon black tea leaves
- 2 inch ginger (crushed or grated)
- 2 cup regular milk
- 2 teaspoon sugar.
How to prepare recipe :
- In a saucepan add 1 cup of water add black tea leaves and ginger now add sugar.
- Boil this water for 3-4 minutes till the color of the water changes to a mind yellowish.
- If you prefer a light version then just add the tea leaves to the water.
- Add milk then simmer for 7-8 minutes.
- Strain the tea through a strainer right into the cups.
- Serve the hot ginger tea in any time .
