This is definitely one of the easiest way to make Cheese Garlic Bread. This Bread seems to be the perfect side dish for so many recipes. It goes great with potatoes and Salads. I am using homemade bread which i will make with dough. And this recipe is best choice of using Cheese which you store in your refrigerator for weeks and months. Ingredients :
For Dough
- 1/4 Cup of Curd
- 1/2 Tspn Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 Cup all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 2-3 Tbsp Oil
- Salt as per taste
- Water as required
For Filling
Recipe :
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Knead it in a soft dough, by adding water little by little.
- It is very important for the dough to be soft.
- Cover the dough with a cloth and place it in a warm place for minimum 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes knead the dough again for 1-2 minutes.
- Then using a rolling pin , give it a shape like that of a Chapati.
- On one side put garlic, cheese and a little oregano and red Chilli Flakes.
- Take the remaining half of the Chapati and cover the filling.
- Seal the edges by applying pressure or using a fork.
- In a separate bowl add butter, oregano and red chilli flakes, mix it.
- Apply the mixture , on the top of the Bread.
- Using a knife , mark lines on the Bread. So, that it is easier to cut it later.
- On medium flame, place the garlic bread, and let it cook for about 12-15 Minutes.
