A rich and delicious Paneer Recipe which is cooked in a Creamy and Milk gravy . A perfect party dish so you will never have to think too much for your vegetarian party.
• 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil ( u can use any Oil)
• 1/2 cup of butter
• 10 -12 Soaked Alok de
• 8-10 Soaked Cashews
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 3-4 tsp Curd
• 1-2 tsp dry fenugreek Leaves
• 4-5 Dry red chillies
• 1/2 tsp Tumeric Powder ( Haldi )
• 1/4 tsp Sugar
• 1 tsp Coriander Powder
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds Powder
• 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
• 2-3 Cloves
• 2-3 Cardamom
• Water as required
Serve this Rajwade recipe with Naan aur paratha .
(Ingredients) :

• 4-5 Dry red chillies
• 1/2 tsp Tumeric Powder ( Haldi )
• 1/4 tsp Sugar
• 1 tsp Coriander Powder
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds Powder
• 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
• 2-3 Cloves
• 2-3 Cardamom
• Water as required
Method :
- In a bowl add glass of water with some Tumeric powder, Salt and dry fengureek leaves.
- Now add some paneer Cubes and let them soaked for 20-25 Mins.
- In a pan add Coriander Powder and Cumin seeds powder saute them for 2-3 Mins.
- After 20 Mins put paneer out from the water. Sprinkle Cumin and coriander sauted masala.
- Heat Oil in a pan add some butter and add the Paneer cubes. Saute them from both the sides until they turns golden brown in colour.
- Now make paste of Almond and Cashews add some curd in it. Mix everything well.
- In the same Pan add Olive oil add cumin seeds, Cloves, Cardamom, dry red chillies, Cashews and kasturi meethi. Saute them for 2-3 Mins.
- Add haldi powder,almond and cashews paste give this a good mix and after 2-3 Mins add Milk. Again cook for 2-3 Mins.
- Add some sugar, salt and now add Paneer Cubes. Mix everything well and cook for another 2-3 Mins.
Serve this Rajwade recipe with Naan aur paratha .
