Paneer Tikka Butter Masala

Paneer is an ingredient which is popular in Indian vegetarian cuisine. Paneer dishes can be made in various ways. So, today i am presenting Paneer Tikka Butter Masala which is another super delicious & rich preparation with paneer and few aromatic spices every bite of this masala. Tikka curry makes you Crave for more and more. So, here Discover how to make paneer masala tikka with step by step everyone will surely relish eating  it.

Ingredients :

  • Paneer : 1 Cup
  • Curd.    : 2 Tbsp
  • Oil.       : 2 Tbsp
  • Chickpea Flour (Besan ) : 2 Tbsp
  • Asafoetida ( Hing ) : 1/4 Tsp
  • Garam Masala : 1/2 Tsp
  • Cumin Seeds : 1/2 Tsp
  •  Mustard Seeds : 1/2 Tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder : 2 Tsp
  • Coriander Powder : 1 Tsp
  • Haldi : 1 Tsp
  • Onions
  • Green Chillies : 2
  • Garlic : 7-8 Cloves
  • Ginger : 1/2 inch
  • Salt as required
  • Water as required

Method :

  1. Cut the Paneer into pieces.
  2. Take a big Mixing bowl and add following ingredients Curd, Chickpea Flour, Tumeric Powder, Coriander powder and Salt. Mix everything really well. Now add Paneer Cubes.Place the Coated Paneer pieces into the refrigerator for 20- 25 Mins to set.
  3. Heat a Non- Stick Pan add 1 Tbsp Butter and place the Tikka on it. Now roast the Tikka Until they become golden brown from each sides.
  4. Heat a Small Pan with 2 Tbsp of Oil. When the Oil gets heat well add Chickpea Flour and Roast the Flour for a while until it's Colour Changes Slightly and put it aside.
  5. Take a jar and Grind Onions, Green Chillies, Ginger and Garlic make them fine a paste.
  6. Heat another Pan with some Oil. Splutter Cumin and Mustard Seeds. When they start Crackling add asafotedia some Chopped Onions and (Ginger, Garlic and Red Chilli ) paste, Salt , Haldi powder, Red Chilli Powder and Coriander Powder. Mix everything well roast every thing for few minutes.
  7. When the Oil starts leaving the sides of the masala add roasted Chickpea Flour again mix well. Now add 1/2 Cup of water and add 1/4 Tsp of garam masala with some salt mix everything properly.
  8. Now add Paneer Tikka in the Masala and mix everything well. Cover and Cook for 2-3 Minutes.
                               Paneer Tikka Butter Masala is ready. Transfer it in a bowl. Garnish this with some Coriander leaves and Serve it steaming hot with Plain Rice , Naan and Chapatti.
