Dry Golden Onion is a delicious yet simple Rajasthani dish that can be delightful addition to your weekly meals. This dish is very easy to make with minimum ingredients and it can be prepared in a short amount of time.
Ingredients :
- 4-5 Onions , Sliced
- 1/4 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Tumeric (Haldi) Powder
- Salt as taste
Cooking Time : 10 Mins
Serving : 3 - 4 Members
Recipe :
- Heat Oil in pan.
- Add Mustard seeds when they start crackling add Onions and saute them for 2-3 Mins.
- Add Tumeric Powder and salt mix them well and cook them for 2 Mins.
- Now add Red Chilli powder and Coriander powder mix everything well . Reduce heat and cook for 3-4 Mins.
- Serve hot.
