Fried Rice

Ingredients :

● 2 Cups of boiled White Rice
● 1 Cup of Carrots
● 1/2 Cup of Capsicum
● 1 Tbsp Oil
● 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
● 2 Tsp Tomato Sauce
● 1 Tsp Vinegar
●Salt- as per taste
● 1/4 Tsp Black pepper Powder

Method-

◆ In a pan ,heat some oil and add Carrots and Capsicum. Mix it well.
◆ cook it on medium flame for about 2 min and then add Carrots and Capsicum mix everything well and let it cook for 1 more min.
◆ Add some salt, Soy Sauce , Vinegar , black pepper Powder and Rice .Mix everything well and cook for another 1-2 Mins. Serve hot.
