     Veg Sandwich

Ingredients :
  • Bread Slices
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Cups of Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 Cup of Chopped Onions
  • 2 Tsp Chopped Curry leaves
  • 2-3 Green Chillies
  • 1Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Tumeric (Haldi)Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • Salt according to taste
Method :
  1. Heat Oil and add Cumin Seeds and Mustard Seeds. When they splutter add Curry leaves and  Onions  fry until golden. Stir tumeric powder and Salt.
  2. Add green chillies and fry for a minute. Next add red Chilli Powder Mix and fry for a minute. Add Boiled meshed Potatoes in the masala.
  3. Butter the Bread Slices and spread the masala then Cover the Sandwich with the remaining Slices of bread. Spread butter on the top of the slices.
  4. Place the sandwich with carefully . The buttered side facing at the bottom. Spread butter on the top side.
  5. Close and grill the sandwiches for 2-3 minutes or till crisp and golden brown.
  6. Serve the veg Sandwich hot with tomato ketchup and Coriander Chutney
