Our parties and Dinner's are incomplete without Desserts. And if we are talking about Desserts. How can we forget about CHOCOLATE ?? So Today I am sharing a dessert that is CHOCO LAVA CAKE recipe that satisfies every Chocolate lovers. Choco Lava is a dessert that everyone's love rich in flavour and one of the best Chocolate treat ever.
Preparation Time : 10 Mins
Baking Time : 10-15 Mins
Serving -3 Members
Ingredients :
- 1/2 Cup all Purpose flour (Maida)
- 4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Cup Sugar (powdered)
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Tsp Butter at Room temperature
- 2 Dairy Milk 52 Gm pack (Total 104 gm)
- Oil for greasing (as required)
Method :
To Make Molds :
- Take a glass and place Aluminium foil fold 4 times over to the glass.
- Pinch and fold the Aluminium foil to give it shape of the glass. Mould should be around 3 - 3.5 inch.
- Fold the top edge of the Mold so that it gets stiffness.
To Setup Pressure Cooker Oven:
- Pour some salt in pressure cooker and place a stand on the Salt.
- Do not use pressure cooker's Rim or Whistle . Pre heat it for 10 minutes on medium to high flame.
For Batter :
- Mix all the dry ingredients like all purpose flour, Cocoa powder, powdered sugar, baking soda to a sieve. Stir all the ingredients.
- Add 1/2 Cup milk and mix the batter.
- Break 2 Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate bars (52 Gm each ) in a double boiler .Keep Stirring till it melts.
- Add 2 Tbsp butter. Mix the melted chocolate with a batter and give it a good mix.
- Grease the Aluminium foils with some oil and fill them 3/4 With the batter. Tap to remove any air bubbles.
To bake the cake :
- Place the moulds in the pre-heated pressure cooker and bake for 10-22 min for medium to high flame.
- After 10-12 minutes, take out the cake, let it stand for 2-3 mins and then demold. Cute the cake and enjoy.
