Red Chilli Garlic Chutney

RED CHILLI GARLIC CHUTNEY  is popular in most houses in RAJASTHAN. This spicy chutney is a perfect example of a simple Rajasthani dish, it's takes your meal to an another level.

This Chutney is specially for spicey food lovers. It's a mixture of Red Chillies, garlic and dried Kachri and garlic tadka gives a another texture to Chutney. Using few ingredients let's get started.

Preparation Time - 5 Min

Cooking Time - 10 Min

Ingredients:

  • 10-12 Red Chillies
  • 15-20 Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 3/4 Cup Water (as required)
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 5-6 Dried Kachri
  • Salt as taste

Recipe :

  1. Take a blender add Red Chillies with 9-10 Garlic, 5-6 dried Kachri, 1/2 Tbsp Cumin Seeds , Salt and water (as required).
  2. Grind everything till smooth.

For Tadka :

  1. Heat oil in a pan add 1/2 Tbsp Cumin Seeds when they start crackling add 7-8 Chopped garlic.
  2. When Garlic turns in golden brown in colour add paste and mix everything well and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  3. Pour the Red Chutney in a small jar or bowl. Serve this with Roti aur with other snacks.
You can Rafrigerate this Chutney for 4-5 days.
