Coriander Chutney

This is very versatile and most commonly used CHUTNEY in India. This is very simple CHUTNEY recipe, but the Best one. Give it a try. You can store it in refregirator for one week. Green in colour with a smoothy texture. This green Chutney is a popular accompaniment to deep-fried Indian Appetizers.

Preparation Time :10 min

Ingredients :

  • 2 Cup fresh Coriander leaves, dhania
  • 1/2 Inch Ginger
  • 2 Green Chillies (Chopped)
  • 2 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 8-10 Garlic
  • 1-2 Red Chillies
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 2-3 Tbsp Grated Coconut

Recipe :

  • In a blender add Coriander leaves, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chillies, salt, Cumin Seeds lemon juice and Red Chillies.
  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender till smooth. Now add Grated Coconut.
  • Check the paste and add more salt or lemon juice if required.
  • Again grind them. Store the Coriander Chutney in a bowl or in a Coriander in the refrigerator.
It goes well with Varieties of Snacks.
