This is perfect to turn your leftovers into an amazing snacks. This fritters are Crispy from outside and soft and yummy from inside. Ingredients:
- Leftover Veggis
- Sooji - 1 Cup
- Garam Masala -1/2 Tbsp
- Chat Masala -1 Tbsp
- Cumin Powder -1 Tbsp
- Oil as required
Recipe :
- In a bowl add leftovers Veggis with Sooji, Garam Masala , Chat masala and Cumin powder.
- Mix everything well and Knead it like a dough. You can add more Sooji if required.
- Take a small portion of dough and make a ball shape using fingers and press it.
- Heat a frying pan Grease with some oil after 2-3 minutes. Put your Fritters on Tawa put some more oil.
- Saute them from both the sides till they become golden brown and crispy. Serve this hot fritters with Coriander Chutney and ketchup.
