Rajasthani food is incomplete without Spices and green chillies. So, my today's recipe belongs from Rajasthan " RAJASTHANI MIRCHI KUTTA". It's very spicy and flavourful very famous and popular Rajasthani delicacy & this is a must in any Rajasthani Thali. You will find many variations of this preparation. Green chillies cooked with Spices give this recipe an unforgettable unique flavour. This recipe does not require so much effort and time and it can prepared in less then 15 minutes. So give it a try and enjoy this spicy dish.

Ingredients :.
- 2 Cup Green Chillies.
- 2 Tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Cup Curd
- 1 Tsp Haldi Powder
- 2 Tsp Coriander powder
- 1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Fenugreek Powder
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Fennel powder
- Salt as taste
Recipe :
- In a blender add green Chillies and blend for a while.
- Heat a pan add Mustard seeds. Whey they start Crackling add green Chillies mix well and cook it for 4-5 minutes.
- Now add all dry ingredients Coriander powder, Fenugreek powder, Fennel powder, haldi, dry Mango powder and salt. Mix well cover and cook it for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add Curd stir Continusly and cook for 2-3 minutes. In the last add garlic paste and cook for only 1-2 minutes.
