Masala Cones is a very simple and quick Indian Snack recipe. It is a delicious snack which can be made in no time and is like by everyone. Topping them with onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander and Spices. They can also be eaten anytime when hunger strikes. This is an ideal starter for serving with one meal. It's light and appetizers.
Masala Cones
Preparation Time : 10 mins
Serving : 2-3 Members
Ingredients:.
- 2-3 Large Papad
- 2 Chopped Onions
- 2 Chopped Tomatoes
- 1-2 Chopped Green Chillies
- 1 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 1 Cup Bhujia
- 2-3 Tbsp Coriander leaves
- Salt as taste
Recipe:
- Break Papad into 2 equal parts to give 2 semi circles.
- Heat pan and put papad on Tawa. Lightly press them and to stew from both sides. When the papad is hot, Curl it to form a Corn shape.
- Take a bowl mix all the ingredients together. Stuff this Mixture into each Cones.
- Serve immediately Cone will get soggy if it kept for long time.
