Ingredients :
● Burger bun-2● Cabbage leaf-1
● Tomato-2 slices
● Onion-2 slice
● boiled potato- 3to 4
● Pea- half cup
● Oil- 1 big spoon
● Turmeric powder-1/4 Tsp
● Red chili powder-1 Tsp
● Coriander powder-1/2 Tsp
● Salt- As per taste
● Roasted jeera powder-1/2 Tsp
● Mayo or any topping spread of your choice
Method :
◆ In a pan, add oil ,once hot add boiled potatoes and peas. Cook it on low heat for about 2-3 minutes.◆ Now add all the dry spices, mix well,and again cook it for 1 minutes.
◆Transfer this mixture in a bowl, so that it cools and once done make small balls and then pat it to make it flat.
◆ Again in the same pan,heat little oil and place the tikki cook until Both the sides turn golden brown in colour.
