Super Easy, Creamy ,Classic Layered Pudding is Fabulous on its own or with fruits and biscuits and so much more !! Egg- Free and ready in minutes. This pudding is perfect for parties.
Ingredients :
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
- 2 Tsp Chopped Almonds
- 1/2 Cup of Chopped Mangoes (seasonal fruit)
- 2 Tsp Chocolate Sauce
- 250 Ml Amul Cream
- 1 Cup of Sugar (Powdered)
- Sponge Cake ( I am using home made Sponge Cake )
- Fruit Juice ( According to season and choice) enough to Soak the Cake pieces.
Making Pudding :
- Cut the Sponge Cake into big pices for Making Base.
- In a bowl Mix Amul Cream with Powdered Sugar. Mix well, now add some Chopped Mango pieces, Chocolate Sauce , Cocoa powder with some Chopped Almonds Mix everything well and put it aside.
- In another bowl arrange the Cake pieces at the bottom of the serving bowl.
- Then add 2-3 Tsp Fruit juice, so that cake pieces can soak the juice.
- In the bowl where we have mixed Cream and sugar mix 7-8 Chopped biscuits and mix well.
- Now place 1-2 Tbsp Cream Over the Cake pieces.
- Repeat the process again and make a one more layer of cake.
- Now, Garnish it with some Choclate Sauce put it in refrigerator and served Chilled.
