Paranthas have undisputably been the most favourite Indian Breakfast. Having PARANTHAS with a Cup of Tea could really make your Morning. It is the most Satisfying Filling Meal of the day, Which will keep you all energetic and Fueled up for the whole day ahead.
So, here I am presenting a new recipe of PANEER PARANTHA for all the paneer Lovers and for all mother's who have fussy kids.
Preparation Time : 10 Mins
Cooking Time : 10-15 Mins
Ingredients :
- 2 Cups of Wheat Flour
- 1 Cup Grated or Crumbled Paneer
- 2 Chopped Green chillies
- 2-3 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Chopped Onions
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Dry Fenugreek leaves
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 Tsp Chat Masala
- Pinch of Carom Seeds
Recipe :
- Add Wheat Flour, Oil and Salt in a large bowl. Add enough water and knead Smooth and soft dough.
- In a medium bowl Combine Grated Paneer, Chopped Onions, Green chillies, Cumin seeds powder, Garam Masala , Chat Masala, Dry fengureek leaves, Salt and Red Chilli powder.
- Mix everything well and your filling is ready.
- Once your stuffing and dough is ready, make small balls of dough and roll it into Chapati. Now add 2-3 Tbsp of Stuffing and fold the Chapati from all the sides and roll it again into a flat dish.
- Heat a Non-Stick Tawa put the Paratha on it. Pour Little butter over the Parantha and roast it well until both the sides turns golden brown in colour.
Your Paneer Parantha is ready. Serve it with Chilled Yogurt.
