Fruit Custard

Custard is very delicious and saucy dish that is Prepared Saucy dish that is prepared in many ways. Today, I am sharing a simplest way to make FRUIT CUSTARD using few ingredients , you  can use Fruits of your Choice but mostly sweet fruits go well.
           
                               Fruit Custard tastes best when it is Cooked and served Chill. It is a good accompaniment at the end of a meal and gives a nice soothing feeling.

Ingredients :

  • 1 ltr of Milk
  • 3-4 Tsp Custard powder
  • 4-5 Tsp Sugar
  • 2 Chopped Mangoes
  • 2 Chopped Banana

Method :

  1. Boil Milk in a pan on medium heat. Add 3-4 Tsp Custard powder in 1/2 Cup of Milk. Mix it well to remove all Lumps.
  2. When the Milk Comes to Boil. Add Mixture Slowly to the Boiling Milk. Keep the Stiring to ensure it does not burn from the bottom.
  3. Boil if for 5-6 minutes and add sugar.
  4. Now Custard is ready. Let it Cool in room temperature
  5. Then refrigerate for a few hours to chill.
  6. Chop all fruits into bite size pieces here, I am using Mango and Banana.
  7. Mix these fruits with Custard and served it Chilled.
