This Chocolate MOLTEN LAVA CAKE are such as indulgent treat.
Perfect for a Special Occasion, Once you tried this you will fall in love to deep Chocolate flavour and the warm liquid Center.
Ingredients :
- 8-10 Biscuits (parle-G)
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
- Water as required
Recipe
- In a bowl add Cocoa Powder and Sugar Mix well, add water according to the requirement. Again mix everything well.
- Cook on Medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Until it get thick enough. Add Vanilla extract. Again mix it well and let it cool. You would noticed that the mixture has thickened.
- Grind some biscuits in a mixture to form a powder. Mix Chocolate Sauce with biscuit Crumb. Make a soft dough of it.
- Take any Tea Cup, Cover with any plastic sheet put some dough and give it a cup shape.
- Make Sure that the Paste Exceeds the Edge of the Cup. Fill 1/2 of the Cup with chocolate sauce. Cover the Cup with remaining dough.
- Change the side of the Cup and Slowly remove the Cup. You can see the Cup Shape of Molten Lava Cake, Now slowly remove the plastic sheet.
Your Cake is ready to serve.
