INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Cup Paneer Cubes
- 1 Cup Capsicum (Chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Fenugreek seeds (boiled)
- 2 Cup purey ( 1 Tomato, 2 Onions & 1 Cup Cream)
- 2 Tbsp Ginger-garlic and green Chilli paste
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1-2 Bay leaf
- 1 Inch Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 Tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 Tsp Haldi powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garam masala
- Water as required
- Salt as taste
RECIPE:
- In a jar add 1 Tomato, 2 Onions with 1 cup of cream and make a paste.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, buy leaf and Cinnamon. When they turns into golden brown in colour add ginger-garlic paste and saute them for 4-5 minutes.
- Add some dry ingredients haldi powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Mix everything well after 2-3 minutes add tomato pure.
- After 4-5 minutes add chopped capsicum mix well now add garam masala and salt. Saute them until your gravy leaves the oil .
- Add boiled fenugreek seeds mix everything well. If your gravy looks thick you can add some water according to choice now add paneer cubes. Mix well and cook it for another 4-5 minutes and switch off the flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve this hot PANEER GULSHAN with ROTI, PARANTHA AND RICE :)
