Everyone love Quick desserts as they are easy to
prepare and suitable for every moments. So today I am going to tell you a new
recipe "NO BAKE
HOSTEL CAKE ".Hostel cake is chocolaty, rich and filled with
crushed biscuits, chocolate syrup and topped with roasted nuts. I will make you
fall in love with it :)
Preparation Time : 10 Min
Serving for : 2-3 Members.
INGREDIENTS :
- 3-4 Packets Parle-G Biscuits
- 1 Cup Roasted Nuts (walnuts)
- 2 Plain Dairy Milk
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3-4 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- Water as
required
RECIPE:
For Choclate
Syrup:
In a Sauce pan add Sugar and Cocoa powder. Gradually add water, and mix it well. Add 1 Tbsp butter and put the pan over the medium flame. Boil it for 5 minutes. While boiling stir it continously.When the mixture got thick enough as choclate Syrup switch off the flame.

Crush the Biscuits into a
Large bowl.

Pour the Syrup over the
biscuits and mix it well.
3. Transfer the mixture into a
greased plastic box. press well with the spoon. Put this aside for 1-2 hours or
as you can refrigrate it for 30 minutes.
4. Take 2 Dairy Milk break them
and pour some hot milk (as required) over the choclate and put it aside for 3-5
Minutes . Until it becomes smooth mix everything well.
