Crunchy Ribbions

Crunchy Ribbions are made with maida. Good in taste you can feel some flavors in it . It is very easy to make it doesn't required lots of incredients. you can also serve this in your Tea partis.so, lets start to make this very simple crunchy ribbions.

Ingredients : Measuring cup used , 1 cup= 250ml 
Prepration Time: 15 min
Cook Time :30 min
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper(kali mirch powder)
  • 2 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoon (fenugreek )leaves dry meethi leaves
How to prepare recipe:

                                                                     
  • Seive the maida, salt,ajwain and black pepper powder together and fengureek leaves now add some ghee.



  • Add water and start knead the dough. The dough should not be soft, but a little tight and hard cover it and put it aside for 30 minutes.

  • Take a tennis size ball dough in your hand and roll into chapati .And with the  help of knif cut this into pieces, you can see this in pictures


  • Now heat oil in a pan and start to fry the ribbons till they crisp and golden brown.



  • When the ribbons are cooled store them in airtight jar. Enjoy Crunchy Ribbons with pickle or red tomato sauce as snacks.
