Chutneys are commonly made in every indian home. So there are many varieties of chutney. The recipe does not take too many Ingredients and the key ingredients are tomato, garlic which are easily available in our kitchen.

- 2 large tomatoes
- 1/2 inch ginger (adrak) chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon oil
- 1 green chilli
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon chat masala
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds.
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds.
- Salt as taste
How to prepare recipe.
Grind together all ingredients tomato,ginger , garlic , green chilli and cumin seeds.
Heat oil add cumin and mustard seeds crackle them add tomato paste stir well.Saute for 3-4 minutes on a low flame add salt , Red chilli and chat masala. Stir again the tomato chutney is ready is done and ready to be served. This chutney pairs extremely well with idli, dosa, uttam and you even Serve them with pakoras.
