Mango Chunda
A sweet and spicy tongue trickling famous Gujarati recipe served with Theplas, Roti and parantha.

Cooking time : 5 min
- 1 cup raw mangoes grated(140 gms)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (Haldi)
- 3 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds (Jeera)
- 1/2 teaspoon nigella (Kalongi)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon water
Method :-
- Heat oil in a pan add (Jeera) cumin seeds and nigella (Kalongi).
- When cumin seeds starts crackling add the grated mangoe, salt and turmeric powder mix it well.
- After 2-3 minutes add sugar and 1 tablespoon water to the mixture and mix it well.
- Now add turemic powder and red chilli powder and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- you can enjoy this mouthwatering recipe for 3-4 days and store in the refrigerator.
