Today i bought a new recipe which you can easily serve with KESAR MASALA CHAI and that is VEG BESAN PAKORA. This Pakora are quick deep fried Snacks and loved by everyone. It can be made easily in any time at home.
Ingredients :
- 1 Cup Paneer Cubes
- 2 Onions (thin Slices)
- 2-3 Green Chillies (Sliced)
- 2 Potatoes (thin Slices)
- 2-3 Cup Gram Flour (Besan)
- 1 Tsp Dry Meethi Leaves
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 Tsp Haldi Powder
- 1 Tsp Ajwain
- 1 Tsp Red Chilli powder
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt as Required
- Water as Required
Recipe:
- In a bowl Mix Besan with dry ingredients Red Chilli powder, Salt, Haldi Powder, Garam Masala , Ajwain and dry Meethi Leaves.
- Add Required amount of water to make medium thick batter.
- Stir the Mixture very well with hands.
- Dip and Coat vegetables in Besan then fry them in hot oil.
- Fry them till they look Crisp and golden.
