Mansoon is here and I bought something warm to enjoy this Mansoon. The name of this Magical recipe is KESAR MASALA CHAI.
Awesome and perfect warmth for those days and we all know life is good with a cup of TEA. This is totally different from another masala chai. Kesar gives a rich flavour. You can feel the flavour of Kesar and aroma of masala together in this chai. So, invite your friends and enjoy this special Kesar Masala chai with them.

Ingredients :
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 Cups Milk
- 8-10 Saffrons Strands
- 1-2 Tsp Tea leaf
- 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
- 1/4 Tsp Black pepper powder
- 2-3 Cardamons
- Sugar as required
Recipe :
- Boil water in a pan then add Tea leafs, Sugar, Grated Ginger and black pepper powder and boil it for 2-3 minutes.
- In a Cup add 8-10 Saffrons Strands and Cardamons with 4-5 Tsp Milk. Mix everything well.
- When the water turns the colour add milk and boil it for 6-7 minutes then add Saffrons milk in Chai again. Boil it Continuesly for 2-3 minutes.
- Strain the Tea into Cups and Sprinkle Saffron Strands on top.
