Atta Noodles

     Noodles play an important role in food around the world.
Today I am going to make a healthy recipe using homemade Aata Noodles in different style. It's a quick dinner idea for busy week nights. It takes only 15-20 minutes.

Preparation Time : 10 Mins
Cook Time :  10 Mins 

Ingredients :
  • 2 Cup Boiled Noodles
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp haldi (Tumeric) powder
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Cup Cabbage
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 Tsp Soya sauce
Recipe:
  • Heat 2 Tbsp Oil in a pan on the highest flame. Then add sliced onions, ginger- garlic. Saute them them till they become golden brown in colour add Cabbage slices and Capsicum Slices mix everything well.
  • Now add Salt ( according to taste ) add red chilli powder and black pepper powder again mix well.
  • Add 1 Tsp Soya sauce and 2 Tsp Tomato Sauce cook for 2-3 mins.
  • Now add Boiled Noodles in the masala and mix well cook for another 1-2 minutes turn off the flame.
                     Your healthy Noodles are easy to be serve.
