Noodles play an important role in food around the world.
Today I am going to make a healthy recipe using homemade Aata Noodles in different style. It's a quick dinner idea for busy week nights. It takes only 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients :
- 2 Cup Boiled Noodles
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 Tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp haldi (Tumeric) powder
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Cup Cabbage
- 1 Tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1 Tsp Soya sauce
Recipe:
- Heat 2 Tbsp Oil in a pan on the highest flame. Then add sliced onions, ginger- garlic. Saute them them till they become golden brown in colour add Cabbage slices and Capsicum Slices mix everything well.
- Now add Salt ( according to taste ) add red chilli powder and black pepper powder again mix well.
- Add 1 Tsp Soya sauce and 2 Tsp Tomato Sauce cook for 2-3 mins.
- Now add Boiled Noodles in the masala and mix well cook for another 1-2 minutes turn off the flame.
