Rajasthani Rab is a Traditional dish. It's plays important role of daily diet of people all over Rajasthan. It is regular serve in every house of Rajasthan. It's very nutritious. So, let's start our recipe.
(Ingredients):
• 3 Glasses of Buttermilk• 1 Bowl of Grinded jowar Seeds
• 1/2 Bowl of Bajra Flour
• Salt according to taste
Method:
- Mix buttermilk , johar seeds and bajra flour . Mix it well so there is no lumps left in the mixture.
- Add some Salt and cook it on the low flame with Continuous Stirring for about 10-15 Mins.
- Add required water to the Rab as it turns thick.
- Now your Rab is ready to serve you can have it cold with milk to boost your energy to beat summers.
