Whether you are a newbie who wish to impress your loved once with your culinary skill or if you are busy person, who does not have time to sweat it out in the kitchen but still want to eat some healthy homemade food, this recipe is for you. Super easy to make and I am sure after trying this recipe you will gonna love this.
(Ingredients):
• 1 Cup of paneer• 1 Tbsp Oil
• 2-3 Onions
• 2 Green Chillies
• 1/2 Inch of Ginger
• 8 -10 Garlic pods
• 1/2 Cup of tomato Puree
• 1/2 Cup of Cream
• Water as required
• 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
• 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
• 1/2 Tsp Tumeric powder (haldi)
• 2-3 pinches of Garam Masala
• 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
(Method):
- In a grinder add Ginger, Onions, Green chillies and Garlic. Grind everything well.
- Heat 1 Tbsp Oil in a pan add Cumin and Mustard seeds when they turns golden brown in Colour add that grinded Paste. Cook it for 2-3 Mins. Now add tumeric Powder and salt mix everything well and again cook it for 2 Mins.
- Now add Tomato Paste and again cook it for 2-3 Mins. Add some spices Red chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and mix well Now add some Cream and add water again mix everything well.
- Gravy is ready. Add some Paneer Cubes and spread some Garam Masala. Cover and cook for 1-2 Mins. Garnish with some coriander leaves serve hot with Rice aur Chapati.
