A simple indo Chinese Appetizers
Prepration Time : 10 min
• 2-3 Boiled Meshed Potatoes
• 5-6 Bread Slices
• 2 Chopped Onions
• 1-2 Chopped green chilies
• 2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
• 1/4 Cup of Sesame seeds (Til)
• 1/2 Tsp red Chili flakes
• 1/4 of All purpose flour
• 1/4 Tsp of Tumeric Powder (Haldi)
• Oil as required
• Salt according to taste

(Ingredients):
• 2-3 Boiled Meshed Potatoes• 5-6 Bread Slices
• 2 Chopped Onions
• 1-2 Chopped green chilies
• 2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
• 1/4 Cup of Sesame seeds (Til)
• 1/2 Tsp red Chili flakes
• 1/4 of All purpose flour
• 1/4 Tsp of Tumeric Powder (Haldi)
• Oil as required
• Salt according to taste
Recipe:
- In a large bowl add boiled meshed potatoes, Chopped Onions, Green chilies, coriander leaves, Chili Flakes, Tumeric (haldi )powder, salt .
- Combine everything well.
- Now using a round shape cookie cutter or glass cut bread slices into round shape.
- Top with potato mixture.
- Coat with some sesame seeds over the mixture.
- Cover with all purpose flour.
- Now shallow fry in hot oil
- Flip over and fry till the gold turn golden brown in colour aur crisp.
- Finally serve with tomato sauce and Coriander chutney
