Golden Coin

A simple indo Chinese Appetizers

(Ingredients):

• 2-3 Boiled Meshed Potatoes
• 5-6 Bread Slices
• 2 Chopped Onions
• 1-2 Chopped green chilies
• 2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
• 1/4  Cup of Sesame seeds (Til)
• 1/2 Tsp red Chili flakes
• 1/4 of All purpose flour
• 1/4 Tsp of Tumeric Powder (Haldi)
• Oil as required
• Salt according to taste

Recipe:

  1. In a large bowl add boiled meshed potatoes, Chopped Onions, Green chilies, coriander leaves, Chili Flakes, Tumeric (haldi )powder, salt .
  2. Combine everything well.
  3. Now using a round shape cookie cutter or glass cut bread slices into round shape.
  4. Top with potato mixture.
  5. Coat with some sesame seeds over the mixture. 
  6. Cover with all purpose flour.
  7. Now shallow fry in hot oil
  8. Flip over and fry till the gold turn golden brown in colour aur crisp.
  9. Finally serve with tomato sauce and Coriander chutney
