Make Restaurant Style Paneer Tikka at home with this easy recipe.
Preparation Time :10 Mins
• 1 Large bell Pepper
• 1-2 Onions
• 1 Cup of thick curd
• 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
• 1 Cup of Roasted garam Flour(besan)
• 1 Tsp Grated Ginger
• 1/2 Tsp Tumeric Powder
• 1/4 Tsp Food Colour
• 2-3 Tsp Oil
• Salt according to taste

(Ingredients):
• 1 Cup of Paneer Cubes• 1 Large bell Pepper
• 1-2 Onions
• 1 Cup of thick curd
• 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder

• 1/2 Tsp Tumeric Powder

Method :
Making Paneer tikka Marination
- First whisk the Thick yogurt till smooth in a bowl add all the spices Roasted garam flour, Oil, Red chilli powder, tumeric powder, grated Ginger and Food colour.
- Add the diced Vegetables Onions, Capsicum with paneer slices.
- Mix them very well and Refrigerate Marinade for 40-50 Mins.
Making Paneer tikka on Tawa
- Heat a non stick Pan. Place the veggies on the tawa.
- Add some oil. When one side gets browned, gently lift and turn over again cook it for 2-3 Mins. Paneer Cubes will cooked faster than the veggies.
Arrange them in a serving plate and serve paneer tikka hot.
