Paneer Tikka

Make Restaurant Style Paneer Tikka at home with this easy recipe.

Preparation Time :10 Mins
Cooking Time :10 Mins

(Ingredients):

• 1 Cup of Paneer Cubes
• 1 Large bell Pepper
• 1-2 Onions
• 1 Cup of thick curd
• 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
• 1 Cup of Roasted garam Flour(besan)
• 1 Tsp Grated Ginger
• 1/2 Tsp Tumeric Powder
• 1/4 Tsp Food Colour
• 2-3 Tsp Oil
• Salt according to taste

Method :

Making Paneer tikka Marination

  1. First whisk the Thick yogurt till smooth in a bowl add all the spices Roasted garam flour, Oil, Red chilli powder, tumeric powder, grated Ginger and Food colour.
  2. Add the diced Vegetables Onions, Capsicum with paneer slices.
  3. Mix them very well and Refrigerate Marinade for 40-50 Mins.

Making Paneer tikka on Tawa

  1. Heat a non stick Pan. Place the veggies on the tawa.
  2. Add some oil. When one side gets browned, gently lift and turn over again cook it for 2-3 Mins. Paneer Cubes will cooked faster than the veggies.
Arrange them in a serving plate and serve paneer tikka hot.
