• 1 Tbsp Oil
• 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
• 2 Raw Mangoes
• 2-3 Dry Red Chillies
• Pinch of hing
• 1/2 tsp Kalongi
• 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
• 1/4 tsp tumeric Powder
• 1 tsp Jaggery (according to Sweetness)
• Salt according to tatse
You can adjust jaggery according to sweetness.
Today I have Come with a new Raw Mango Chutney recipe. It's sweet and spicey and also goes perfect with Indian Meals and taste amazing. If you love the combination of Sweet and Spicy like me , than you will love this chutney.
(Ingredients) :
• 1 Tbsp Oil• 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
• 2 Raw Mangoes
• 2-3 Dry Red Chillies
• Pinch of hing
• 1/2 tsp Kalongi
• 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
• 1/4 tsp tumeric Powder
• 1 tsp Jaggery (according to Sweetness)
• Salt according to tatse
Prepration time : 10 Mins
Cooking Time: 7-8 Mins
(Method ):
- Heat Oil in a pan.
- When the Oil is hot, add kalongi, dry red Chillies and Asafetida (hing).
- Fry for few seconds add the raw Mangoes.
- Add Red chilli powder ,Tumeric Powder,Salt and mix.
- Now add jaggery and cook it till it melts.
- Add some water cover and cook for few minutes.
Tips : you can store this chutney in refregiter for 3-4 days.
