(Ingredients):
• Gunda -1 Bowl• Raw Mangoes - 1/2 Bowl
• Boiled Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 Bowl
• Oil - 1 Tbsp
• Dry Red Chillies - 3-4
• Asafoetida - 1/4 Tbsp
• Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
• Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 Tsp
• Tumeric (Haldi) - 1/2 Tsp
• Kalongi - 1/2 Tsp
• Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
• Salt according to taste
Recipe:
- To begin making Rajasthani Gunde ke Sabzi, firstly remove the cap on the top and seprate out the seeds and cut gunda into two pieces.
- Heat Oil in a pan add Mustard Seeds, Kalongi , Dry Red Chillies and Asafoetida ( hing).
- Let it cook for about a Minute and then add gundas and mix properly.
- Next, add Salt, Tumeric powder and Chopped Raw Mangoes and Mix well now add Cumin Seeds powder , Red Chilli Powder and Boiled Fenugreek seeds. Cover and Let it cook for another 4-5 Mins. Serve this Mouthwatering Gunda ke sabji with Paranths and enjoy.
