Ingredients:
• 2 ltr of Milk
• 1/4 Tbsp of Citric Acid
Preparation Time : 5 Min
Total Time : Mins
Method:
- Boil milk in a pan on a medium flame.
- When the milk starts boiling add Citric acid or( you can use 1 Cup of Curd at the place of acid).
- After 2-3 Mins milk has start curdled then switch off the flame pour the entire mixture in the strainer lined with the muslim or cotton cloth.
- Keep it on the plate.
- Keep a heavy weight on top of the muslim cloth for 30-40 Mins.After 30-40 Mins the paneer will set.
- You can cut paneer into cubes or any shape . You can also refrigerator the paneer for 2-3 days also.
