Methi Ladoo is Indian Traditional Sweet made with Fengureek Seeds. They are very healthy and also provide Warmth to our body we can have these Ladoo in Winters Only. They are very good for Joints Pain. So, try making these highly Nourishing Methi Ladoo with easy steps and enjoy.
• 1 Kg Wheat Flour
• 1/2 Kg Powered Methi
• 1 Kg Grated Coconut
• 1/2 Kg Gond
• 3-4 Cups of Milk
• Powdered Sugar as Required
Ingredients :
• 1 Kg Wheat Flour• 1/2 Kg Powered Methi
• 1 Kg Grated Coconut
• 1/2 Kg Gond
• 3-4 Cups of Milk
• Powdered Sugar as Required
Method:
- Add 1/2 kg of fenugreek Seeds powder with 3-4 Cups of Milk add add 1-2 Tsp of ghee. Mix everything well.
- Cover and put it aside for overnight.
- Heat 5-6 Tsp ghee in a pan. Fry 1/2 kg og Gond on medium heat & stirring well.
- Soon the Gond will puff & turn light. Remove this on a plate.
- In the same pan add 1 kg of wheat flour. Saute wheat flour until it turns golden brown in colour.
- Mix everything Gond, Meethi, Wheat flour and Coconut. Add powdered Sugar as sweetness.
- Take small balls using hands.
- Your ladu are ready.
