Sharing a Traditional south Indian idiyappam Recipe. Basically these are sevai made with rice flour. This recipe gives you soft and Smooth idiyappam which tastes very good with Curry or Kitna or any dish of your choice. Do try this to bring magic of Kerala's street food to your kitchen.
Ingredients :
• 2-3 bowl Rice flour
• 2 glasses of water
• salt as required
Recipe :
- Boil 2-3 glasses of water with adding some salt.
- In a big bowl take 2-3 bowls of Rice flour. Add warm water into it. Mix everything well and make a dough using hands. Put it aside for 15-20 Mins.
- Now take a Noddles mold, make a ball to the dough and put it inside the mould.
- Take idli plates grease with butter and slowly slowly press Noodles Mold on the idli plates.
- Steam this for 15-20 Mins. After that your idiyappam is ready to serve.
