Easy & quick breakfast chutney

Sharing simple & easy Chutney Recipes.The aromatics and tangy chutneys are served with idlis & dosa. You can prepare these chutneys without using lots of ingredients n also refrigerate this for 2-3 days.

Ingredients
For Coconut Chutney :


  • 1 Bowl of Coconut
  • 1 Onion
  • 2-3 Green Chilies
  • 2-3 dry red chilies
  • 2-3 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp sauted Chana dal
  • 1/4 tsp Urad dal
  • 6-7 Curry leaves
  • Water as required
  • Salt according to taste

Method :


  1. In a grinder add Onion, green chilies, Coconut with some roasted chana dal. Now add some water as required and make a fine paste.
  2. Heat Oil in a pan. Add Mustard seeds, urad dal, curry pata and dry red chilies. Saute them for 2 Mins.
  3. Now add Coconut Paste add some water and salt.
  4. Mix everything well and cook it for another 2 Mins.

For Red Chutney :


  • 4-5 Red Chilies
  • 2-3 Tsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 5-6 garlic Cloves
  • Water as required

Method:


  1.  Heat oil in a pan add Cumin seeds, Red Chilies , garlic grind everything well.
  2. When it cool down. Add some water and grind everything well. 
  3. Red Chutney for Masala dosa is ready Spread it inside the dosa and enjoy
  4. You can also refrigeate for 2-3 days.
