Winter Brings an abundance of fresh and healthy fruits and Veggies to our Super Markets. So, just go back to Local Market and bought Fresh bunches of Green Meethi Leaves. I am going to use them up in the Making a healthy breakfast Meethi Paratha Recipe.
Ingredients :
- 2 Bowls of Wheat flour
- 1 Bowl of Gram Flour (Besan)
- 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Tumeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Chopped Green Chillies
- 1 Tsp Chat Masala
- 1/4 Bowl of Oil
- 1 Bowl of Chopped Meethi (fengureek Leaves)
- Salt as taste
- Water as Required
Method :
- In a Large Bowl add Wheat Flour, Gram Flour, Red Chilli Powder, Tumeric Powder, Cumin Seeds, Chat Masala and Salt Mix Everything Well.
- Add Garlic Paste, Green Chillies, Chopped Fenugreek Seeds and Oil. Slowly add some water and knead Smooth and Soft dough. Cover it and Put it aside for 15-20 Mins.
- Heat Pan on Medium Flame. Now using dough make a paratha apply some Oil on a pan and put the Paratha on it. Apply little Oil over the Paratha and Roast it well until both the sides turns golden brown in Colour.
