Ingredients :
- 2 Cup of Boiled Rice
- 2 Tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 Cup of warm milk with Saffron
- 8-10 Almonds (halves)
- 8-10 Cashew (halves)
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1 nd 1/2 Tsp Salt
Recipe :
- Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame add Cashews and Almonds. Saute on medium flame until they become golden brown.
- Now add Sugar and Salt mix everything well.
- Add Boiled Rice and saute them on medium flame for 1 Minute. Be Gentle and take care do not break the grains of the rice.
- Add 1/2 Cup of Saffron-milk mix everything well and gently Cook for another 2 Minutes on medium flame.
