Kashmiri Pulao

Serving : 3 Members

Ingredients :

  • 2 Cup of Boiled Rice
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1/2 Cup of warm milk with Saffron
  • 8-10 Almonds (halves)
  • 8-10 Cashew (halves)
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 nd 1/2 Tsp Salt

Recipe :

  1. Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame add Cashews and Almonds. Saute on medium flame until they become golden brown.
  2. Now add Sugar and Salt mix everything well.
  3. Add Boiled Rice and saute them on medium flame for 1 Minute. Be Gentle and take care do not break the grains of the rice.
  4. Add 1/2 Cup of Saffron-milk mix everything well and gently Cook for another 2 Minutes on medium flame.
Serve Kashmiri Pulao hot with dal or you can enjoy plain also.
