Bombay Toast

Looking for a Classic dessert ? Then check out this delicious Pudding that is very easy to make with just a few simple ingredients.

 Preparation Time : 10 Mins
Cooking Time : 20-25 Mins

Ingredients :
  • 1 Bowl of butter
  • 6-7 Bread Slices
  • 1/2 Bowl of Sugar
  • 1 LTR Milk
  • 2-3 Tbsp Custared powder
  • 10-12 Almonds (halves)
  • 10-12 Cashews (halves)
  • 10-12 Saffrons
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cardamon Powder

Recipe :

  • Cut the Brown sides of the breads using knife.
  • Heat some butter on the  Vessel add bread slices and fry them until they golden brown in colour.
  • In a bowl mix 2-3 tbsp Custared powder with 1/2 Cup of Milk and mix well.
  • Boil some milk in a vessel When milk starts to boil add Custared and mix well.
  • Now add Sugar, Cashews, Almonds (halves) and Saffrons and mix everything well.
  • Add  Cardamon Powder and keep stir for 20-25 Mins. So that your milk become thick. If you want to make more thick you can add some more Custared powder in it.
  • Keep it cool and put this milk in Refregirator for 20-25 mins.

Serving:

Take Bread Toast in a serving plate and Pour some Chilled Custared Milk on it and Garnish with some Chopped dryfruits according to choice and serve cool.
