Oreo Cake with Chocolate Base

Ingredients :

  • 1 Bowl of all Purpose Flour (maida)
  • 1 and 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Bowl of Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 Bowl of Melted Butter
  • 1 Pack of Chocolate Oreo Biscuits
  • 1 Bowl of Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Dairy Milk
  • 2 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Cup of Milk (as required)
  • Water as required

Preparation Time : 10 Mins
Cook Time : 35-40 Mins

Recipe :

  • Remove the Rubber Casket and Whistle from the Pressure Cooker and Put 2 Cups of Salt at the bottom of the Pressure Cooker and Place a stand at the bottom.
  • Pre - heat the pressure Cooker with salt for about 10 Mins before Placing the cake batter in.

Chocolate Ganache :

Boil 1 Cup of Milk add 1/2 Cup of Cocoa powder. Mix it well now add 1/2 Cup of Powered Sugar and Cook it for 4-5 Mins.

Method: 

  • In a large bowl Sieve Maida and baking powder now add powered sugar mix well.
  • Add milk and Vanilla Essence again mix everything well.
  • Take a Vessel ( I am using Aluminium Vessel) Greased it with butter and put a butter paper on the bottom ( I am using White Paper).
  • Spread some all purpose flour and pour the batter into the Greased Prepared Vessel.
  • Tap the Vessel open the lid of the pre Heated cooker and place the Vessel.
  • Close the lid and bake on medium heat for 35-40 Mins.
  • Switch off the Flame and let the cake rest in the cooker for 5 Mins.
  • After Removing the Pan out again let it rest for another 10 Mins. 
  • Slowly Remove butter paper pour some Sugar Syrup (3-4 Tbsp water nd 2 Tbsp Sugar). Spread some Chocolate ganche and Cover it and decorate with some Ore buscuits. Your cake is ready to serve.
