Ingredients :
- 1 Bowl of all Purpose Flour (maida)
- 1 and 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
- 1 Bowl of Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 Bowl of Melted Butter
- 1 Pack of Chocolate Oreo Biscuits
- 1 Bowl of Cocoa Powder
- 2 Dairy Milk
- 2 Tsp Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 Cup of Milk (as required)
- Water as required
Preparation Time : 10 Mins
Cook Time : 35-40 Mins
Recipe :
- Remove the Rubber Casket and Whistle from the Pressure Cooker and Put 2 Cups of Salt at the bottom of the Pressure Cooker and Place a stand at the bottom.
- Pre - heat the pressure Cooker with salt for about 10 Mins before Placing the cake batter in.
Chocolate Ganache :
Boil 1 Cup of Milk add 1/2 Cup of Cocoa powder. Mix it well now add 1/2 Cup of Powered Sugar and Cook it for 4-5 Mins.
Method:
- In a large bowl Sieve Maida and baking powder now add powered sugar mix well.
- Add milk and Vanilla Essence again mix everything well.
- Take a Vessel ( I am using Aluminium Vessel) Greased it with butter and put a butter paper on the bottom ( I am using White Paper).
- Spread some all purpose flour and pour the batter into the Greased Prepared Vessel.
- Tap the Vessel open the lid of the pre Heated cooker and place the Vessel.
- Close the lid and bake on medium heat for 35-40 Mins.
- Switch off the Flame and let the cake rest in the cooker for 5 Mins.
- After Removing the Pan out again let it rest for another 10 Mins.
- Slowly Remove butter paper pour some Sugar Syrup (3-4 Tbsp water nd 2 Tbsp Sugar). Spread some Chocolate ganche and Cover it and decorate with some Ore buscuits. Your cake is ready to serve.
