Fried Idli

Ingredients

  • 2 Bowls of Idli
  • 1 Cup Grated cabbage
  • 2 Chopped Onions
  • 1 Cup of Grated lauki
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Chopped Green chili
  • 1/4 Tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Red chili powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Curry leaves

Method-

◆ In a pan ,heat some oil and add cumin and mustard seeds, Once mustard seed starts crackling , add all the veggies (Curry Leaves, onion, lauki, cabbage) and then all the dry ingredients.
◆ cook it on medium flame for about 2 min and then add idlis, mix everything well and let it cook for 1 more min.

◆ squeeze lemon juice on top and serve hot .
