Macaroni " The Indian Way "

Indian Style  MASAlA MACARONI  is a One pot Meal. Which is very easy to make and taste delicious. Here is a Indian style Masala Macaroni Recipe Loaded with Veggie and healthy Spices.

Ingredients :

  • 2 Cups Macaroni (Boiled)
  • 6-7 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Chopped Onions
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2 Tsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 Chopped Green Chillies
  • Water as Required
  • Salt as taste

How to Make Indian Style Masala Macaroni Recipe :

  1. Heat Oil in a pan on medium heat add Cumin and Mustard Seeds. When they starts Crackling add garlic, Chopped Onions and  Cook it for 1-2 Minutes.
  2. Add Salt , Tumeric Powder, Chopped Green Chillies and Chopped Tomatoes with Red Chilli Powder.
  3. Cook Soft and blend it with Veggies after that add 1/2 Cup of Water and Mix Everything well.
  4. Now add Tomato Sauce, Soya Sauce and mix everything well. Toss on high heat until the Macaroni gets well Coated with the Masala.
  5. Transfer the Macaroni into a serving bowl and serve warm.
You can add more Sauces and Spices if you want to make it more Spicy.
