A perfect South Indian Dosa recipe Can easily achieved by a home made dosa batter. Two things are important when Making the batter. One is the Proporation of rice and urad dal and the other is the Consistency of the battery. So, try this Batter recipe and enjoy healthy and Crunchy Dosa's at home.
Ingredients :
- 3 Bowl of Dosa Rice
- 1 Cup of Office Gave ( Urad dal )
- 1/4 Cup of fengureek Seeds ( Dana Methi )
- 1/2 Cup of Chickpeas ( Chana Dal )
- Salt according to use
- Water for Soaking
Crispy Dosa Batter Recipe :
Preparation Time : 15 Mins
- Firstly in a large bowl Soak Rice, Urad Dal, Dana Methi, Chana dal for atleast 5-6 hours or Overnight.
- Transfer them into blender and blend to smooth and fluffy Batter.
- Collect it into a large bowl and keep aside.
- Cover and put this in a warm place for 1-2 hours.
- Add some salt and use the batter to make dosas.
