(Ingredientes):
• 1 Peeled Apple• 1 Banana
• 1/2 Glass of Milk
• 1 Tsp Honey
• 1 Tsp Cardamon
• Walnut
(Method):
- In a grinder add Peeled Apple and Banana.
- Add Honey, Cardamon , walnut and Chilled Milk.
- Grind everything well and serve Chilled.
