Preparation Time : 5 Mins
Ingredients :
- 1/2 Cup of Boondi
- 1 Cup of Yogurt
- 1 Tspn Cumin powder (Roasted)
- 1/2 Tspn Coriander leaves (powdered)
- 1/2 Tspn Black Salt
- 1/2 Cup of water
- Salt according to taste
Method :
- Whisk Yogurt till it becomes Smooth.
- Add Salt , Black Salt and Coriander leaves according to taste.
- Now add Boondi, Red Chilli powder, coriander leaves and add some water and mix everything well. Garnish with the Roasted Cumin seed powder, Coriander leaves and Red chilli powder and serve Chilled.
