Indian dishes are becoming very popular day by day. Today i am going to show you how to make Indian street food style recipe of grilled sandwich . I am sharing you will definitely going to like this recipe because it is quite easy and healthy . You don't need too much ingredients hence you can give it a try at any hour of the day.

Ingredients:
- 6 Slices of white bread
- Butter as required
- One and half cup of cheese(grated)
- 7-8 Onions Slices (thin round shaped)
- 7-8 Cucumber Slices( thin round shaped)
- 7-8 Tomato Slices ( thin round shaped)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
Recipe:
- Take a white bread. Spread butter evenly on the slice. Ensure that butter covers the entire bread.
- Now, put sliced onions, cucumber and tomatoes on the bread . Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper powder, chat masala and grated cheese.
- Take another slice of bread , it will become your mid layer put this slice on the previous slice.
- Now, repeat the same process greese butter on the bread put some onions,tomato and cucumber slices and top with grated cheese sprinkle some salt,chat masala and black pepper powder.
- Cover the entire mixture with a bread slice.
- Repeat the same process for another set of breads.
- Add butter to a hot pan,put the sandwiches on pan apply butter and roast it until it turn golden brown crispy and the cheese started melted.
- Finaly garnish roasted sandwiches with cheese and grated beetroots. Enjoy these hot sandwiches as an evening snakes with a cup of tea.
